• Successfully defended owners and management company of A+ Multifamily property in suit brought by resident alleging infiltration of cigarette smoke into apartment, suit involved complex condo construction and engineering issues, alleged violations of fair housing laws, in addition to breach of lease claims
• Drafted and developed comprehensive Multifamily residential leases and numerous other forms and programs designed to increase efficiency and consistency for owners and managers
• Represented minority partners in cellular phone partnership in suit against a major carrier which was the majority owner of the partnership, wherein the majority owner was attempting to force a buyout of the minority partners at less than fair market value; suit involved dispute over the value of the partnership, which exceeded $100,000,000
• Successfully represented national sports sanctioning body in suit alleging theft of data and violations of computer fraud laws by former representatives of the organization
• Advised Multifamily  client in disputes, lawsuits and contract negotiations with electricity, phone and cable providers, as well as other vendors
• Advised Multifamily client in disputes with residents including alleged mold claims, property damage, evictions, smoke infiltration, hoarding and bed bugs
• Resolved client dispute and arbitration with commercial roofing contractor regarding overcharge and fraud against client’s insurance carrier
• Advised Multifamily property manager in connection with development and implementation of company-wide Parking Permit Program to alleviate parking congestion at numerous apartment communities
• Assist clients with city inspection issues and alleged violations of city code
• Successfully resolved dispute between client and its professional employer organization (PEO) where the PEO had allegedly committed fraud by failing to provide workers' compensation insurance coverage
• Successfully defended client at trial involving allegations of various constitutional violations, including unreasonable search and seizure and violations of right to privacy
• Successfully resolved tortious interference lawsuit alleging high six figures in damages
• Assisted clients with sales and acquisitions of technology  and other companies, including due diligence with regard to intellectual property ownership
• Advised clients in connection with significant reduction in force
• Assisted with the development of a client program, including drafting numerous consumer contracts, offered by automotive dealers that allow vehicle consumers to return their vehicle to the dealer and be released from consumer debt obligations under certain circumstances
• Advised clients in connection with employment agreements, including non-competes, IP ownership rights and confidentiality obligations and disputes related thereto
• Assisted client with major overhaul of customer contracts
• Advised boards of directors on numerous litigation and employment issues
• Represented a finance and insurance development company in the automotive business in connection with customer claims on consumer products, such as life insurance and vehicle service contracts
